What are Cisco® Learning Credits?
The Cisco Learning Credits program is a flexible way for you to purchase authorized Cisco training. Cisco Learning Credits can be redeemed for any authorized Cisco training course offered by Firefly.

You can obtain Learning Credits as a negotiated benefit as part of a Cisco hardware, software, or services package, or you can simply order Learning Credits through your Cisco Account Manager or reseller.
How can Learning Credits help me manage my training?
  • Alignment: Cisco Learning Credits let you identify your training needs when you purchase your Cisco products, so you ensure that your training strategy is aligned with your deployment plans. You then have the flexibility to choose when and where you train your people.
  • Budgeting: Credits allow you to prepay for a block of training. You can budget in advance and then redeem your credits throughout the year.
  • Consolidation: You can manage your credits with the Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool, an online reporting tool that's accessible to you 24x7. You can view your account balances, review transactions, generate reports based on historical information, and track course registration data and individual progress. This gives you a single source of information for budgeting, purchasing, and training management.
How much is each Learning Credit worth?
Each credit is worth $100 towards the purchase of an authorized Cisco training course. You can purchase credits in quantities of 10, 100, 500, or 1500.
